Hon. Louis Gigliotti, Oneida County
Surrogate Court Judge
Judge Gigliotti graciously
filled in as speaker for the day and gave an interesting talk about Surrogate’s
Court and all that it does, including overseeing wills/estates and representing
minors and mentally incapacitated people’s interests when there is no one else
to do so. Judge Gigliotti gave
numerous examples of real life situations in Surrogate’s Court where people
were helped. Thank you Judge
Gigliotti.
