Biathlon
Registration at Canalfest begins at 4pm on race day. To pre-register return Entry Form and check to Run/Kayak 320 N. George Street, P.O. Box 928, Rome, NY 13442-0928
Booths
Booths are 10' x 10 open air space. Bring your own tent, tables and chairs. Electricity is supplied, When your application is received you will be sent a letter of receipt. In July you will receive a packet
about where and when to set up and other pertinent information.The deadline for filing booth applications is 30 June.

Crafters -- If you are interested in selling your handicrafts at Canalfest, fill out and submit this
Crafter Application. Crafter applications will be accepted through July 15. Craft participants should email their questions to Sandie Latimer or call at 337-1539 between 7 am and 7 pm.
Vendors -- If you are interested in selling your wares or letting people learn about your club or organization at Canalfest, fill out and submit this Vendor Application.
Questions about vendor booths should be submitted to Karen Roth.

Entry forms are available below and at Canalfest at the food demonstration tent at the time of registration.

Photography Contest
The Rome Rotary Club is pleased to sponsor a photography contest, to be held in the boathouse at Canalfest this year. Read more... To submit an entry use this Form.
V.I.P.S. Regatta
The third annual Volunteers In Police Service regatta. Use this form to enter Registration Form A non-refundable $25.00 entry fee is required. Please make checks payable to Rome Rotary Canalfest (Regatta) and send it along with your entry form to Rome Rotary Club Canalfest Regatta PO Box 655 Rome, NY 13442-0655. Please return your entry form by August 1.
"Who Let the Dogs Out"
This year will be the 6th annual "Who Let the Dogs Out" event will be held on Saturday, August 6. Application forms are available at City Hall in the City Clerks office.
In lieu of a registration fee, please bring a pet food product as a donation to the Rome Humane Society. All applications to participate in this event must be submitted by August 6, 2011. The Entry Form is available in both Word and pdf formats.
